Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-04-26. These Terms govern your use of WorldWideWineList (the “Service”). By using the Service you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you are 21+ and that everyone receiving wine you order is also 21+. We may require government-issued identification at delivery.

2. Orders & Compliance

We sell and ship wine only where it is legal under applicable federal, state, and local law. We may decline or cancel any order for any reason, including jurisdictional restrictions, bottle-volume limits, or our inability to verify your identity.

3. Payment & Pricing

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Payment authorization is captured at checkout; the charge settles when your order ships.

4. Shipping & Delivery

An adult 21+ must sign for delivery. Carriers will not leave packages unattended. After two delivery attempts, the package may be returned to the fulfillment partner; reshipment fees may apply.

5. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns of corked, oxidized, or otherwise faulty wine within 30 days. Email hello@worldwidewinelist.com with your order number and a description. We do not refund based on personal taste.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WorldWideWineList's aggregate liability arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts in San Francisco County.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
