Shipping
Where, when, and how.
We ship across the U.S. and to a growing list of international destinations. Every order is checked at three gates: at the listing, in the cart, and at checkout. If a wine can't legally reach you, we'll tell you before you pay.
U.S. domestic
- Most states: 3–7 business days via FedEx Ground.
- Adult signature (21+) required at delivery.
- Bottle limits vary by state. Some states cap at 2 bottles per shipment, others allow 36+. We enforce limits at checkout.
- Currently prohibited: AL, MS, UT, KY, DE, RI.
International
- UK & Ireland — fulfilled via Berry Bros & Rudd (5–7 business days).
- EU (DE, FR, NL, BE, ES, IT) — Bordeaux Index or Millesima (4–7 days).
- DACH (DE, AT, CH) — Wein & Co (3–5 days).
- Australia & New Zealand — Langtons (5–7 days).
- Import duties and VAT are calculated and shown at checkout.
Cold-chain
Bottles over $200 ship temperature-controlled by default during summer months in warm-climate destinations. Ask the Sommelier or email us to upgrade any order.
Returns
We accept returns of corked, oxidized, or otherwise faulty wine within 30 days. Email hello@worldwidewinelist.com with your order number and a brief description. We don't accept returns based on personal preference.
Lost or damaged
If a bottle arrives broken or a package goes missing, we replace it. No photographs or police reports required — just email us.
