Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. WorldWideWineList does not sell personal information to third parties.

We share limited data with service providers (payment processing, compliance verification, email delivery) solely to operate our service. These are not "sales" under CCPA.

Delete My Data

Request deletion of your personal data. We will anonymize your account and remove your data from our systems within 30 days. Note: order records are retained for tax compliance (7 years) and age verification audit records are retained per state law.

Export My Data

Download a copy of your personal data in a machine-readable format (JSON). This includes your profile, cellar, reviews, and Sommelier conversation history.

Clear My Sommelier History

Delete all conversations with Vivienne and other sommelier personas. This will reset your personalization preferences. Future recommendations will start fresh.
